Hi peeps! A double room will be available from 27th April in our gorgeous Edwardian 3 bedroom house located in lovely Kensington. The room is unfurnished with high ceiling, electric wall heater, access to attic storage and built in wardrobe. The house has lots of period charm, high ceilings and floor boards throughout, a clawfoot bath in the bathroom, spacious kitchen, laundry and courtyard with shed storage. The communal areas are fully furnished but we can try to accommodate any extra items.

We have the necessary modernities, dishwasher, smart TV with range of streaming services and NBN- fibre to the node (!) $27 per month.

The rent is $1014 a month + utilities split equally. Applicant is subject to real estate approval and is expected to be on the lease which will incur a $275 bond transfer fee plus bond of $869. Minimum of a year is desired.

We are a friendly, social home, respectful of each other's space, needs, things and keeping a tidy home. We value eco principles, composting, recycling, minimising waste and reducing our emissions where possible.

You will be living with two ladies in their early 40s working professionals, Caz and Tash plus two sweet kitties, Pedro and Chiqui. About us, we love movies, reading, getting out to nearby cafes, arts events, restaurants and keeping fit at the local Royal park and Maribyrnong river trails. Plus hanging out and having a chat, playing music, lounging in the house and basking in our sunny courtyard. We have a veggie garden and had a great season! Green thumbs are most welcome!

We are looking for a professional aged 30-50 working full time. Female preferred although any gender will be considered, all cultures and backgrounds welcome! Must have experience living in a share house and willing to do your share. There's a roster for cleaning and housework shared equally. You must like cats and not be allergic-they're shy and will keep away until they get to know you. We're not a party house but occasional parties, dinner parties and gatherings are fine.
