• Alis – Retired and occupies the ensuite. She is friendly, quiet, and keeps mostly to herself. She works part-time, does minimal cooking, and generally spends most of her time in her room, so common areas are usually very peaceful.
• Flatmate (friend from NZ) – A respectful and friendly guy in his late 30s who works in construction. He works in Australia for 2–4 weeks at a time and then flies back to New Zealand regularly. You’ll be sharing the main bathroom with him, however he is barely ever home, so you’ll mostly have the bathroom to yourself.
