The room is in a bright and creative home with numerous original artworks. A comfortable fully-furnished room with garden views. Bedroom 2.7x3.7 metres with King-Single bed, furnishings and all bedding, bath towels, all you see as well as cleaning products included (except pillows). As well as your own fridge/freezer combination, microwave, toaster, kettle etc you have full access to main kitchen and washing machine with detergents included.
The room has a t.v antenna connection but we cannot offer any Internet Connection.
Conveniently located, secure, quiet family home, amongst landscaped gardens, in a quiet location with outdoor sitting areas and BBQ.
We are conveniently located with a 4 minute walk to Lalor station on the Mernda line where buses 554, 555, 557, 559 and 566 to RMIT, Lalor Trobe Uni, Epping Plaza, Lalor Plaza, Uni Hill DFO, Greensborough Shopping Centre pass.
We are located within a 1km walk to the Lalor shops a 5 minute walk to Rochdale Square Medical clinic and Pharmacy, and 10 minute walk to the Lalor shops.

About the flatmates
We're a mother Sophie (57) and son Caleb (23) household.
We enjoy catching up with friends, gardening, gaming, writing, cooking, baking and painting. We stay active by walking, cycling, going to the pool and gym most days. We frequent the local shops. We're usually a quiet family who like to keep life simple.
We're not fussed about anyone's beliefs, race and gender identity. We’re accepting and respectful of all individuals, and expect you will be too.
Ideally we are looking to share our home with a neat person who keeps reasonable hours and cleans up after themselves.
