I, my wife and one japanese guy are quite easy going. We prefer 1 more nice guy with good character.
Bulk bill: internet, electricity, water, gas.
Walking 3 minutes to Bus Stop (559). 2 km to Thomastown Station, Epping Station or Lalor Station.
Suitable for student visa, working holiday visa, sponsor visa.
Room is full furniture, just take your luggage to move in, finger print for house door and room door (keep privacy)
Room will availble on 28 Dec 2025, can inspect the room from 07 Dec 2025
Beacause of living quality, there are some conditions for tenant:
- No drug, no drunk, no smoke
- No noise before 7:00 am and after 11:00 pm
- Share bathroom, kitchen and living room
- No guest overnight OR over 3 hours visit
- No pet, no kid
- Clean, tidy and respect each other
- The leasing agreement will be reviewed every 3 months
- Parking on the street (at the end of the court)
- No late pay
