We have a fully furnished room with a double bed that is spacious, and would be perfect for you.
This is a long-term lease, for one person only.
Rent is $205 per week (including utilities and internet), payable every four weeks, total $820 in cash. ***
The area is very quiet and close to Watsonia train station. there are shops, restaurants, and bus stops.
There's a big tree in the backyard behind the house. We can exercise, drying there, listen to the birds singing the moment, and park our cars as well.
Currently, there are two men living here. We are easy-going housemate and mostly out working during the day. And we enjoy classical music.
