The rest of the apartment is a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area with balconies and panoramic views of the city and the beach. It's well located for public transport to the CBD, St Kilda and South Melb. The building has a great outdoor pool/BBQ area and is opposite the beach; perfect for summer!
There are plenty of local activities: live theatres, sports facilities like MSAC, the botanic gardens, bars and restaurants.
