🛌 The Room:
The room currently comes as it is, with a queen bed, side table, table lamp, a study/work desk and a chair. It is a private room with a lot of natural light.

🏡The House:
The house is cosy, with a spacious backyard, comes with a new 65" TV we recently bought and a washing machine that is new as well (hence, please look after these and all other items in the house). The place includes essentials like heating, cooling, washing machine, dishawasher, cooking stoves, microwave oven, oven etc;

📍Location:
- 8 min walk to Mitcham train station - I take 45mins door to door to my office in Southbank
- 5 min walk to Woolies
- 3 min walk to park with playground and a nice big field
- korean KT Mart, Indian Grocer Santosh Indian Grocery and cheap Malaysian food between $10-$15 a dish are all near Brittania mall which is a 5 min walk

💸 Rent: $260 a week excluding bills or $285 a week including bills. (Negotiable)

👫 Housemates:
Its me, Sooreth, and my wife, Jes, living here, with no pets or kids. We do love pets but prefer to see them outside the house just to give them some pets and treats. We hold ourselves to a high standard of cleanliness and usually keep to ourselves. I wfh 3/4 times a week and Jes works part time so 100% at home.

🙆 Housemate we are looking for:
We're ideally looking for someone who is chill, needs a safe place to call home and is either a student or working full time. The location suits someone who does not own a car as transport is extremely easy, especially with the express trains. Cleanliness and respect are essential as we look to live together in an environment that is comforting and welcoming.
