The room:
The bedroom comes with a free desk and chair that is yours to keep. The wardrobe is a part of the property, but incredibly spacious for all your outfits and personal items. Both of these are featured in the supplied photos. The large window faces the backyard but doesn't flood with sunlight, offering a perfect amount of warmth and lighting. There is also a vent for the central heating unit located to the right of the room, for the colder months.

The house:
Your bathroom is directly outside the bedroom, to the right of the door. It is shared with one other roommate, who responsibly keeps the space tidy. It has a shower, a toilet and a sink.

The hallway leads to the kitchen and loungeroom, which share a large connected room. The kitchen has all the appliances you'll need, and the loungeroom has a comfortable couch with a TV and numerous videogame consoles. The backyard is wide and open. All the essentials are easily accessible; Washing machine, dishwasher, clothesline, a central heating unit, fridge, vacuum, etc. Fully furnished and ready to invite a new friend. The home is a short 10 minute walk to Mitcham Station, and even closer to the Mitcham Shopping Centre, an incredibly convenient location for all your grocery and transport needs.
