This 7th floor apartment is located directly across the road from Moorabbin Station (very handy). With a Woolworths 1 minute walk from the back door, and several bars down stairs, there is always plenty to do and everything you need within a stones throw.
The room for rent has an incredible view of the city and Bay. There is a shared bathroom and living space. Everything but the Bedroom will be fully furnished and available to use.
Happy living with either Male or female. Ideally no pets (mainly because I feel bad for them in apartments) but can be discussed if a deal breaker and it's a good fit.
I am not just looking for a house mate but someone I get along with and can also for a drink with after work.
