Female accommodation only. House has 4 bedrooms altogether each with their own bathroom.

Own bedroom (double bed frame + mattress included if required) and bathroom.

✨Rent is $260 per week inclusive of unlimited wifi. Gas and water included in rent up to a certain limit (additional charges apply with excessive usage). Bond is 4 weeks of rent. Rent collected every 4 weeks.

Electricity is not included in rent, to be shared equally between housemates. Current housemates are working full, part time or students.
