About the flatmates
There are 3 tenants currently living here. I am a retiree and am the lead tenant. I do most of the gardening and am the contact person for the owner/landlord. There is a nurse from Phillpines, 36yo and a 27yo Indian male on a bridging visa working in aged care. It is a peaceful and respectful household that values privacy and a safe environment. We are close to parks, a couple of creeks etc. Shops are close and plenty of of public transport.
Cooking is something we all do. Listening to music etc.
