Hi friends! We are looking for a third person to join our sharehouse as one of our own is moving on! We are a woman-only household (i.e. the girls/gays/theys) and are seeking a new housemate in their 20s/early 30s to join our cosy abode. We are looking for individuals who are communicative, respectful, clean and contribute to a warm social vibe. An ideal housemate is someone studying/working full-time that appreciates chill weeknights.

Our home is a three bedroom unit on a quiet street in Murrumbeena, only a 3min walk to Murrumbeena station and a 15min walk to Carnegie shops for your groceries.

Our location is easy to travel from with the Cranbourne/Pakenham line taking you to the city in under 30min, only a 20min walk to East Malvern station, multiple bus routes and nearby to Chadstone Shopping Centre.

We love Murrumbeena for its local, walkable neighbourhood with local parks, great yoga/pilates studio and tasty eateries.
