About the property
We have a lovely spacious and sunny room (4m x 5m) for rent in our Northcote share house, $872.75 pcm, available 15th of Feb :)
The house is located near Croxton station - super close to the 86 and 11, a public transport dream. We’re a short walk to High Street (so lots of good food/bars) and 10min walk to Northcote plaza.
We have a large backyard (Jim’s Mowing maintains the lawn and cost is covered in the rent) and a garage with ample storage room/secure parking. The house has ducted heating (yay) and aircon (double yay). We compost and have space for a veggie patch!
Room is unfurnished but we have a spare single mattress and some (very ugly) wardrobes in storage if you need them.
Bills have always been fairly low. Internet is approx $16 per month…
You would need to sign on to the lease ($600 bond and transfer fee).
No additional pets/couples (sorry!).

About the flatmates
You’d be living with Annie who is in her final year of Screen and Media (TV and Film) at RMIT and Brenna and myself who are both baristas, I’m into enviro conservation and Brenna is a music enthusiast - we are all in our 30s and are pretty easy going, we all have our own stuff going on but are still a social household. There is also a cat called Henry, who is a 5 year old orange blob.
We are looking for someone with similar vibes (neat, respectful etc) feel free to message me with any questions/a bit about yourself and we can organise an inspection time :)
No additional pets/couples (sorry!).
