About the flatmates

You’ll be living with three other early-30s folks (incl. a couple and plus a sweet 4yo Kelpie). We’re house proud and like to keep the place tidy with rotating chores. Our schedules are busy but we’re all friends and try to do stuff together sometimes too. Not a party house, but we’ll host the very occasional party and make it count when we do. Queer & SW friendly.
-Mitch (he/him) is an aficionado of sourdough, avid gardener, likes a boulder or cycle, enjoys the finer points of German grammar and works in urban planning.
-Rach (she/her) is a clinical psych PhD who spends her free time dabbling in a few rolling hobbies (currently surfing and watercolour) without committing to anything too strenuously.
-Paul (he/him) works at a digital hypnotherapy company that helps people with IBS. Loves to be in nature, surfing/hiking/snowboarding, or chilling at home listening to music or doing yoga.
-Virginia Woof (aka Ginny) is our four-legged fur-friend. She’s exceptionally clever and entertaining. Big plus if you love dogs but Rach takes full responsibility for her (though Ginny herself will almost certainly try to coax you into snuggles & walks 😉 ).

We’re really looking for a good personality fit: a kind, mature (25+), left-leaning and tidy individual, who is up for jumping on the lease and interested in being pals, women preferred. You’ve got your own passions and interests but aren’t too busy to join in on occasional house projects, working bees, and dinners. Emotionally intelligent, considerate and a proactive communicator. Enviro-consciousness is important to us (we compost, recycle, use heating/cooling conscientiously, and share some bulk food costs).
