The room is large and spacious with two built in wardrobes. Our house is simple, lived-in, and full of charm. It would suit someone easy-going who values space, affordability, and a homely feel. Perfect for someone who wants a cosy base with room to breathe. Animals are welcome (the ones in the photos relocated with their owners).
Along with the room comes a bathroom, a moderate sized kitchen, lounge room and dining area, a spacious backyard and shed to store any bits and bobs you may be carting along with you.
We are located in a prime Northcote location. 5 minute walk from high street and 10 minutes from Merri Creek. Both the 86 and 11 trams are extremely accessible, along with Northcote station being at the end of our street.

You'll be living with Jack, 34 and hails from the United States and has been living here for 7 years. Due to Jacks maple syrup business, he is often tracking on rural endeavours over most weekends. During the week, Jack spends his down time at the house, enjoying cooking, reading and having friends over on occasion. Jack is clean and respectful of his space and will be of yours as well.
Angus, 26, Works in a bottleshop throughout the week, when not at work he’s usually taking up a new hobby, right now it’s restoring bits of furniture. Loves camping surfing hiking and being outdoors. Likes to have a beer and a yarn with everyone after work, respectful of shared spaces and downtime.
