One of the dogs is blind and cannot be let out of the property, she manages very well in the property but does bump into things and get stuck sometimes

About the flatmates

I currently work full time and often from home. The house has three bedrooms with the third smaller bedroom used as a study with sofa bed suitable for occasional visitors. The kitchen has a great induction cooktop/oven and I love people cooking and sharing meals. Enjoy a social drink occasionally. The option to share meals some nights would be great, but I also appreciate having personal space to recharge. I enjoy getting out with friends to movies, theatre, bands, walks, or weekends away.
Do not smoke, and house is a smoke free zone.
Established private garden with chooks. If you are a gardener, there is an empty garden bed for your veggies. There is also a car port suitable for storage if you have a kyak or bike etc.
Off street parking for one vehicle and street parking is usually easy. I do not currently have a car, so car spot is usually free.
Great public transport options with bus, train and tram options.
