About the flatmates
I’m moving out and looking to transfer my lease for a great room in a well-located Northcote share house.
The house is in a quiet, leafy pocket just off St Georges Road — super close to the 11 tram, Croxton Station, High Street and Sydney Road. Cafes, bars, live music, gyms, parks… it’s all within easy walking distance.
You’ll be living with Hugh (builder), Billy (jeweller) and Henry (bartender at The Peacock). All three are easygoing, social without being intense, always up for a chat or a drink, but also totally respectful of personal space. It’s a very cruisy, no-drama household.
The house includes:
- Large fridge + fully equipped kitchen

- Renovated, modern bathroom
