We are looking at a lady to move into our single bed room. Come and live in our quirky old house, built as a shop and dwelling around 1873. The room has fabulous views to the city, a large wardrobe with a built in desk, new carpet and the bed has a brand new comfy mattress (See pics) . We sit next to a lovely park which has a bike path into the city and to the beach and has the 109 tram route into the city in the middle. There is a Coles about 5 min walk from our house with about 10-15 min walk (faster without a sore knee) to Coles in Pt Melb or Woolworths in South Melb, about the same distance to the South Melbourne market. We have a separate fridge for your food, and your food alone. We live a very 1950's style life- cook our own meals, wash up (no dish washer) and hang the washing out under cover under the carport and dry it for free! We have two small dogs, very well behaved, available for guard dog duties and walkies at any time. The younger one is 11 months old- so very sill at times. The room will be available from after the 14th Feb. Absolutely no electric vehicle charging at the house. We sit between Montague and North Port tram stops. Short or long stays ok.
