It is a modern and beautiful apartment steps from the beach in Port Melbourne!
Has to be an animal love as my golden retriever is the heart of this house and mine. Saying because I have trialed some people who don’t mind animals and they don’t have any affection towards the dog to say hello. Sorry this is a no brainer for me, kindly don’t apply if this is you.
Other important aspects are - cleanliness and tidiness within the house and your room/bathroom. The ideal house mate has to be very neat, organised, clean and very tidy. I love fun easy going people who are also very balanced so they are also orderly.
The prospective applicant will have good morals, is kind, easy-going; has great communication skills and is looking for a home away from home. I love a good laugh (it would be lovely if you have a good humour!), dancing and music too. At the same time I love to have an organised life.

This is an extremely modern apartment with modern furnishings giving you a feel like you are in a resort/hotel. Situated very close to the CBD yet positioned in the calm and nice suburb of Port Melbourne. Inside the apartment, you are blessed with 180 degree uninterrupted views of the entire CBD, quater of the beautiful Ocean and trust me watching the sun rise from the balcony in the mornings is divine! We are on the 15th (highest) floor here (just below the rooftop pool and bar space).
Note: the 2 pics I have provided of the sunset were captured while standing in our living room and balcony. This is seen from your bedroom and my bedroom too! I consider it being very lucky to be able to have this right from the comfort of our home.
Each room in the house (including the living) have ceiling to floor glass windows giving us a complete view of these magnificent views. I have provided some pics of this of the room that is for rent for your reference (these don’t do justice tbh!). I love the view in this guest bedroom (the one I am renting) because when you are in bed, you see quater of the ocean from there which is really gorgeous.
There are great indoor and outdoor fire places and comfy modern living areas to relax in, a games room, a heated pool and spas, cabanas, all in here for you to enjoy and indulge in! Also you get free gym access here (just on the ground floor) at the Vibe Gym. Really a small stroll takes you to the previous Port Melbourne beach! This complex provides resort style living there is nothing to complain about.
I will provide you with free Netflix, Amazon, Stan. All utility & internet bills including extras are all included in the rent.
There is a TV in my bedroom as well as the living room so this provides sufficient space for all living in the house.

Note: I have changed the bed and it is way beautiful and chic now, and it is a cream colour purchased last month from James Lane. It also has electronic lifting for under bed storage.

I am a 36 year old professional female working Monday to Friday in the CBD. I love to keep the house very clean, tidy organised and I am also respectful of other people and their personal space whilst being friendly. I consider my self to be an extroverted introvert who is compassionate. I love and respect animals and enjoy peaceful spaces. Saying that, I love to binge on TV shows (Succession, This is Us, Fire Fly Lane to name a few) good music + love to dance and a good laugh too.
You will be sharing with me and my very beautiful adorable Golden Retriever boy, Tigger. Tigger is so affectionate and loves cuddles, going on adventures and swimming. So you have to be an animal lover. If you like you can take him on walks too! He is very well trained and you will be amazed at well behaved he is. He never makes a mess at home the only thing is he will spill some food while eating which is inevitable and not bad at all :) But there is a latest Dyson stick to take care of that conveniently.
I am looking for someone who is compatible, kind, friendly, respectful and easy going with good communication skills. They will have to be well housetrained, neat tidy and organised and looking for a home away from home.
Little things I care about are:
Cleaning kitchen bench top after use
Maintaining organisation inside cupboards
Pushing chairs back after using
Arranging couch after sitting on it by folding the throw, arranging cushions, putting recliner back
Dinning chairs are and barstools are boucle material and white - being considerate of these items including couch.
Using coasters on dinning table and coffee table etc.
Someone who is both fun and an organised person who respects and appreciates a clean, tidy and organised home.
