The apartment is all fully furnished, you just need your bag and clothes and you will be ready to move in.

2 minutes walk to the Port Melbourne beach
5 minutes walk to the main street with shops and restaurants
3 mins walk to bus and 5-7 minutes walk to direct tram to the city which takes about 10 mins to Southern Cross.
Must be clean and tidy, non-smoking home.

If you like the balance of beach relaxing vibes and close vicinity to CBD- this is the best place.
