I love being close to south Yarra and the city (15mins distance by car ) 1 minute from the free way we are centralised and able to go in any direction being only about 30 mins from most suburban areas (if you ever never to go out those ways.)

The apartment has a laundry with washing machine and dryer sink and closet doors that cover it with a toilet and bathroom sink with mirror. Then there’s a shared shower for the one smaller bedroom and one master bedroom. then there’s the other master bedroom with ensuite which is mine and David’s.
Iv been here for three years now, and I don’t plan on leaving any time soon unless I don’t find a suitable house mate then yes we will sadly move out as it’s extremely expensive on our own. A complete home with every single thing you could need. From vacuum and cleaning tools/supplies to kitchen appliances & cooking equipments, pots, serving plates. Condiments and blankets, towels, pillows and ect.

Hello, I’m a bridal hair stylist I live with my partner David. We both strive to keep the house clean and presentable. We love to cook and occasionally play music 🎶 (Afro house mainly)
We love rollerblading and going for a bike ride. David is super fit and and gos gym a lot which is available on the 2nd floor. I love being home so I’m often home when I’m not working. The biggest down side to having me as a house mate is that on the weekends I have to be in bed early, with 3-4am wake ups, I can’t have parties and late loud nights. During the week is usually fine and day time u can pump the music but it’s just weekends mostly i have early starts so it’s not for every one. But if your not the kind to have parties at home and big loud weekends in ur own home regularly it could work for you to.
If I have a weekend free I will definitely give you the all clear. The rooms are good though in the sense that if u have people in ur room with the door closed it’s fine for me I won’t hear much.
Besides that we anre extremely chill. We want to feel comfortable and safe at home & we want our house mates to feel the same. Iv had a very good running with house mates in the past few years but hopefully we can find the last round of people who can stay a while. I’m still friends with all my house mates and havnt had any problems with any of them. Some times we have big cook ups and hang outs and some times we all keep to our selves.
Mainly I’m looking for respectful people. this trait can eliminate almost all Issues.
We would love to live with people we can both connect and disconnect with haha no awkward silence and also comfortable with music and communication.
We also live with a beautiful girl named Lilliana
She’s from
Brazil and works as a bartender. She’s at work a lot we only see her time to time. Super sweet and respectful we love having her. She speaks Spanish, Portuguese and English.
