Hello future housemate!
My name is Shayna, and I live in Port Melbourne with my partner Ned and our beautiful friendly dog Nova.
We have a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house and looking for someone to join us, short term or long term.
We both work full time, however I work from home most days so we’re ideally looking for someone who doesn’t work from home, just so there’s no clashes with taking meetings and needing quiet spaces.
You will have your own bedroom, there are two bedrooms to choose from, and your own large bathroom. Bedroom is furnished for your convenience!
The house is really quite stunning, it’s a high end house hence the rent price.
Your rent will be $450 which includes all bills and Internet :)
You will have your own shelf in the fridge and in the walk in pantry.
We are both insanely clean and tidy, so please don’t apply if you’re not clean and tidy 😅 we don’t party, we’re very chill quiet people, hoping to find someone likeminded!
My partner is an amazing cook, and so you will probably enjoy the occasional yummy dinner on him
