This house has Large back yard with garage space to do any small projects, garden with small open shed to do mediation or outdoor exercise with different kinds of fruit trees, and a big veg patch to grow vegetables of your choice.

Three people were sharing this big house for more than two years.
One of the female occupants is moving for work.

its a quiet no non partying household. We all have our own pursuits but always up for chat or give helping hand in difficult time.

Ideally we are looking for someone in their late 20s or 30s working full time, clean, considerate, able to communicate and does not need to be constantly reminded to pay bills and clean up after themselves.

Must understand rental basics, eg bond, one months notice etc.
