This is a newly built townhouse with a big front yard and secluded back yard situated in the pocket of Reservoir. Most of the furniture and appliances are newly bought, including everything in each private bedroom. Currently, we have a friendly housemate living in one room. So you will be sharing the main bathroom with him.
It is only two blocks away from the train stations and 30 minutes travel to the CBD, with multiple bus lines directly to Summer Hill Shopping Mall, Northland Shopping Centre, Preston Market and Latrobe University. We also provide secure gated off-street parking if you have a car.

Hi, my name is Anson. I currently have one housemate living with me. We have an extra vacant room, and is hoping to look for a housemate, who will share the main bathroom with him .
We are looking for people (preferably working professionals or students) who are responsible, easy-going and clean. We like watching movies, board games and cooking. We are pretty social people, but we also need some alone time. We want our house to be a place where we can have people over, but not a place that's constantly full of people. We are open to the idea of my housemates hosting small parties - we would just like to know about these ahead of time. We're down to get to know each other and would like to do things like watching TV together and host cookouts for friends.
This is a new property and most of the furniture and appliances are brand new, and we would like to keep common living spaces pretty clean and organised. We are open to the idea of a cleaning schedule to keep things organised. We are looking forward to meeting you!
