I’m currently renting a 4-bedroom house in Reservoir, and we have one private room available.
• Rent: $220 per week (bills, internet, and amenities included)
• Location: 5-minute walk to Ruthven Station.
There’s a post office and café right across the street, and it’s a 15-minute walk to Coles supermarket.
• Move-in: Available anytime
• Notice: 2 weeks’ notice required before moving out
• House rules: We prefer no shoes inside the house (indoor slippers are welcome)
The current flatmates are three Japanese men.

About the flatmates
I am originally from Japan, Living in Melbourne for 10 years and Reservoir for 5 years. My flatmates are all Japanese and most of the case they are Working Holiday or Students so flexibly come and go.
We prefer clean and quiet environment and I manage to keep them.
