It comes with a bar area, a cinema room, music room/studio (work in progress), a triple garage space, a massive green and spacious backyard, an office/study room, two dining areas, and an upstairs retreat with plenty of indoor plants throughout. The kitchen has ample storage and bench space, an island, and a built-in dishwasher. There are 3 bathrooms, and yours has a bathtub and a chute that goes straight to the laundry.

Located on a safe and peaceful street in Reservoir, we are within 3 - 4 minutes of virtually all essential services, including Camberfield Plaza with a 24/7 Kmart, Coles, Aldi, Officeworks, Dan Murpheys, and so on! The house is also a 15 minute drive to Brunswick and Northcote, 10 minutes to the Preston market, and 3 minutes from Keon Park station (where you can catch a direct train to the CBD in 30 minutes). It is also within close proximity to the serene parks of Reservoir and has wonderful access to nature!
We have a cute dog , she is super quiet friendly and gentle.

Anuj (that's me ): I'm an open-hearted individual in his 30’s who loves festivals, dancing, philanthropy, and giving back to the community. I works full-time from home and enjoys keeping physically active. I'm enjoy cooking and sharing meals . At home,I often enjoys keeping to himself but am also very enthusiastic about communal and social experiences.
Sim : Im in my mid twenties, a full time worker, and mum to Kida go to the gym, love to dance on occasion, but like to spend my downtime after work chilling out and binge watching whatever Im currently fixated on.
Kida: Only fur-child of the house, kelpie x staffy mix. 5 years old, loves walkies and chicken. Mostly sno0zes around the postman.

The Room:
The room is 3.5m X 3.8m in size (including the built-in wardrobe), and receives plenty of natural mornings/arvo light. Rent is $195 a week (Bond $850). We have fast 5g internet with a strong signal in every part of the house for $17 each per month. We also have a modest collective fund for things like toilet paper and other basic shared household essentials.
You:
We are looking for someone who is clean, social, laid back, easy going, and practices open and authentic communication. You are able to express your opinion in a constructive way, is responsible and respectful, and is employed with a stable income. Ideally a music lover or a creative person, but of course, this is not essential. References to indicate sufficient share-housing experience and strong rental history are a big plus!!
