It comes completely unfurnished, giving you the flexibility to make it your own — but we’re happy to help furnish the room if needed to make your move-in as smooth as possible. A bonus under-stair “Harry Potter” style storage nook 🪄 adds extra charm and practicality — perfect for storage or a creative touch.

The room also has direct access to the front door 🚪— ideal for someone who values independence and privacy. You’ll have a downstairs toilet primarily for your use, while the main shared bathroom is located upstairs 🛁.

There’s also a bit of room in the kitchen cupboards for your cooking gear, so feel free to bring along your essentials. We’ve styled the house with a cozy blend of Hampton and French Provincial touches ✨ to create a welcoming, lived-in feel — and if you’ve got items that complement the space, we’d love to add them to the home we’re proud of.
