Awesome 3 bedroom house in Reservoir with huge back yard, plenty of space and modern appliances Coffee machine new stainless steel fridge etc.
The entire house is furnished and it’s a really beautiful space. Big rugs on the floor, leather couches - really lovely set-up.
I’m currently putting in a hot tub, outdoor shower and a gym out the back.
The house is super close to the Reservoir Leisure centre (Huge Aquatic indoor pool)
And several large bushland parks, cycle and walking tracks.

Hi I’m Liz (early 40’s yo👋 (She/They)
Trans friendly and queer friendly.
I teach part time and am studying psychology part time. I’m also a musician - and very respectful of noise levels.
There is a massive back and front yard. And I have a dog - Archie 🐾 also lives at the house/ outside dog (he is a big friendly rescue dog - and amazing for security)
Pets welcome as long as the dogs get on or a slow intro to a cat.
I like to keep the home clean, tidy and super respectful of each others space. I also enjoy cooking and often share meals with housemates.
I am respectful of my minorities and am a fairly left leaning feminist. I don’t expect my housemate to be but need a level of consideration around this stuff.
Super open to the gender age or any denomination of my housie - care consideration and respect are the important qualities I look for in a housemate.
Not at all fussed if you smoke just as long as it’s outside :)
