About the property
Our housemate has made the big move to sunny Brisbane (luckyyyyy!🌞) so we're looking for someone to fill her room :))
Located on Miranda Road, in the north east of Reservoir, it's a 10 minute drive to RMIT in Bundoora and about 5 mins to La Trobe. It's a lovely quiet suburb with cute cafes and grocers just a walk away, plus the Darebin creek is basically around the corner with a trail you can walk for hours🌿
The house:
- open plan living room/kitchen
- one bathroom with separate toilet
- back room that's currently used for storage and laundry but would make an excellent art/office space
- backyard with enough room for a cheeky tan or read in the sunshine
- garage for storage of any furniture you might need to put away
- plenty of driveway & street parking
- bus stop next door

Zoe (24), studying international studies at rmit, working in nursing, and guardian of theo. Loves reading, yoga, music, currently learning the piano (sorry), and cooking with a beer, or taking a short walk that turns into hours
Mairead (24) studying teaching and working as a teacher's aide and tutor. Loves hiking, reading, op shopping, and art. Would prefer a cup of tea to a beer but once out loves a good boogie. Chronic yapper, but also loves just hanging out with a book or movie.
Theo (5) contributes no rent but props up house morale with endless cuddles and games of fetch. Is well-mannered and best of all absolutely adorable.🐶
