Close to restaurants, takeaway shops, milkbar, cafe, Latrobe University, medical clinics, News Agency, and SummerHill Shopping Centre is a 10 minute walk, to Northland Shopping Centre it's a 20 minute walk.

Central ducted heating in each room throughout house as well as evaporative cooling in each room throughout.

- All utilities are included (but is conditional that people don't waste power, water or gas, eg if not using lights turn them off, if heating is on during winter keep doors closed).

- Cleaning duties for everyone, and cleaning roster of cleaning must be followed.

- Cleaning is everyones responsibility, clean up after yourself promptly.

- I'm looking for male person, or female, easy going, friendly, polite, preferably non smoker and non drinker.

- There is one bathroom inside with shower, an outside separate toilet also as well.

- Washing machine provided, and outside clothesline.

- You'll be sharing with friendly, easygoing housemates., not a party house and noise to minimal.

- Ideal person would occasionally water the garden during only hot weather).
The backyard has fruit trees and some ground space to grow vegetables.

- There's also a gas bbq and pizza oven outside garden area.

- House was built in late 70's, brick, but has all modern conveniences and is warm, cosy and friendly inviting atmosphere.

- Prefer international students or working persons.

- Room inspections can be arranged, preferably evenings after 5.30pm weekdays.
