Your flatmates a married couple who are full-time working professional background. We both enjoy the outdoors, foods, cooking but at times a nice quiet night doing a Netflix binge. We are a very clean house and suitable for those like-minded applicants. Happy to respect individual space but also happy to have a chat or coffee. We both have approved work with children checks. We are looking for a mature, respectful and clean tenant, no parties but occasional small BBQ gathering is acceptable. Price negotiable to suitable candidates.
