The property is a ground floor flat in a unit block. Our home is Tardis-like as it’s deceptively large and feels more like a house/unit than any apartment. Must be ok with living with a dog in the house, he's very well behaved and love a cuddle.
Woolworths, post office and coffee shops a 5mins walk away on Orrong Road, the countless restaurants cafes bars of Chapel St are about walk 20ish minutes away (or three stops on the tram), and the city is approximately 30 minutes by tram situated a 5 minute walk away.
Parking is on-street parking, no permit needed.
Smoking outside for the obvious reasons.
Super fast NBN so no fighting for bandwidth when we all have an evening of streaming on those cold wet nights.

Living room comprises of two big comfy couches, massive tele, surround sound and a couple games consoles (if you’re into that sorta thing 🤓).
Kitchen has everything you could possibly need for cooking up a feast, and the dining table big enough for a nice group dinner.
Outside has a bbq, big outdoor table, covered with an umbrella and also shaded by trees meaning summer afternoon barbecues are great!
We also have a nice private grassed area which I like to take a recliner chair and relax in the sun with an audio book or something of the sort, pure bliss 👌🏼
There is a 4th room we use as a spare room with folding sofa bed and desk, so if you work from home that is free most of the time. And any friends who may crash the night can have the spare sofa bed.
The current housemate of the bedroom advertised is unfurnished but may have a queen bed and other furnishings looking to sell if you need. Room also has a three door fitted wardrobe.

Rent is $1043 per month. Bond is 1 months rent, 1 month paid in advance, total move in cost is $2086.
All bills paid separately and split evenly between the three of us (Some monthly some quarterly).
Laundry is coin operated located in a ground floor room of the building and maintained by the body corp (recently renovated and new machines put in place).
Current housemate is moving out with her partner on the 18/2/26 but is can be flexible with dates if needed.

We are two Englishmen both in our 30s. One works in construction and the other in hospitality, and both wake up around 5-6am on work days. Both here permanently and no risk of departing for greener pastures.
We both like hitting the gym, sport, the great outdoors, as well as kicking back at home watching movies/sport, listening to music, playing video games, or having a couple glasses of something lush on the porch or in the garden.
We have a dog, 'Beans' who is almost 4 and loves a cuddle and a play with one of his toys, is a very good boy, and is referred to as “The Smiley Boy” in the local dog park. Ideally looking for someone who is a dog person and can cohabit with all three of us :)
This isn’t a party house, but we’ll have a handful of friends over for barbecues or special occasions etc from time to time, and we’d want our prospective housemate to feel comfortable to do the same :)
Being two lads, we’d like to have a chick move in so it’s not a boys pad and can mix up the atmosphere with a woman’s touch (and can train us on how to keep plants alive)! Not overly picky about who we want, but someone on our level, clean tidy & respectful of personal space, but can also hang out and won’t hide away 24/7.
We’d like someone willing to stick around long term, 12+ months would be best, but at least 6 months.
