Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a beautiful 3-bedroom apartment in St Kilda East 😊

The apartment is in an amazing location — super safe, friendly neighbourhood and so close to everything:
✨ 5 min walk to the closest tram
✨ Close to shops, cafés, and local amenities
✨ Easy access to the city

You’ll be moving into Bedroom 3 (see floor plan/photos attached). The apartment is fully furnished, so you’ll only need to bring your bedroom furniture.

You’ll be living with two of the sweetest girls ever (both 26) and our cat Kimchi 🐱 (so must be cat-friendly!)
It’s a drama-free, warm and friendly household — everyone is super kind and easygoing, but also really respectful if you want your own space/alone time.

I’m only moving out due to work/WFH requirements, otherwise I genuinely would have stayed.

💰 Costs

• Rent: $270/week (or $1086.33/month)
• Bond: $1086.33
• Appliances contribution: $350 (air fryer, cooking utensils, fridge, microwave etc.)
• Tenant transfer fee: $200
• Bills: split evenly monthly (can confirm average)

📅 Move-in

✅ End of January (around Jan 30)
