About Us:
Atlanta (she, her): 37 yo woman who loves nature, board games, going for walks, checking out cafes, standup comedy, LOTR, Harry Potter, Buffy and documentaries on any subject.

Laura (she, her): 39 yo, positive and reserved, likes doing Pilates, going on walks, binge-watching TV shows, relaxing with a coffee, and exploring weekend markets.

Chris (he, him): 28 yo law and psychology student who likes playing guitar, hiking, camping, meditation, reading and golf.

- Someone that appreciates a harmonious home and shares our love for the outdoors (we are potentially getting a beehive!)

Details:
- Rent: $300 p/w, $1300pcm
- Bond: $1300
- Utilities: shared equally. Internet is $95/mo ($23.75 each), the last two power bills were $139 and $191 ($35-48 each), and the last two gas bills were $245 and $265 ($60-$65 each). Power is monthly, gas bimonthly. The quarterly water bill was $217 ($55 each).

- Move-in date: room is available from Jan 20th, however we're in the middle of a bathroom/laundry renovation which is due to be completed by the end of Feb. Until it's finished, the ensuite facilities are shared.
