Hi there! Ive been living in my new townhouse for 3 years and love it here. It’s walking distance to the beach and all amenities including public transport. Ideally looking for person similar to me (female and late 40’s).. Stable and relatively quiet life with my two cats (cat lovers only!). I do enjoy a chat and a laugh and a wine! I work outside of the home most days of the week but WFH 1 day a week (which is flexible). This rather large Townhouse has a spare bedroom you can utilise and a large garage for a car or storage. You will have your own modern bathroom (no bath). Im looking for someone whom i get along with as we will be sharing space, and also enjoy occasional friends popping over which Id anticipate you would do the same!
