My lovely flatmate has decided to get her very own place so I have a room available in a cute, modern terrace house, near all amenities, Albert Park, The Arts Precinct, South Melbourne markets, ANZAC station and a short walk to CBD!
One of the best, safer places in Melbourne and well sought after area, the room is spacious with a new bed, mattress, linen and beautiful draws.
Would suit a quiet professional.
One large room available (old lounge) at $420 p/w
FREE monthly broadband, water and gas.
Electricity costs are split.
2 week bond + 1 week in advance to move in :)

Hey there,
I am a mature professional living in the best spot in Melbourne and looking for a flatmate. I call this the 'Bronte' which is a cute terrace house close to Albert Park and Albert Lake. The ANZAC train station is just down the road and South Melbourne Market a lovely 20min stroll with fantastic clothing, wine, antique shops and eateries along the way. The Arts Precinct and CBD is a 30min walk also!
I gave up alcohol, love to eat a healthy diet, hike, exercise and like to check out local music (love jazz!), arts and community events. Whilst I do have Netflix, I enjoy a good read and chat. I tend to work from home most days.
The room I have is furnished with a Queen bed, wardrobe and set of draws. There is a lovely garden which is a fantastic spot for reading, listening to the birds in the evening and big enough for a group dinner.
We have fantastic neighbours, the best cafe across the road and the street is safe.
I have leased this place for 12 months which will likely extend and you would need to go through the property management checks.
Message me with more info about you and what you are looking for as it is always best to take time to find the right flatmate :D I did put a higher age bracket but if you are a tad younger, all good, I have grown kids and have connected with friends from 18 - 30s during my travels. Our neighbours are also in their 30's - book reviews, board games, home baking and thrifting are part of my daily as my daughter is currently staying with me :)
