The property's location is great, easy access to restaurants, pubs, parks, grocery stores, the beach and etc. Heart of St Kilda.

The modern and sleek designs are of very high quality, making for a very comfortable living, two stories. Plenty of space in the kitchen to cook anything desired.

Plenty of space for three people to operate and live in the house. There are three bedrooms total, myself, and another female room-mate holds bedroom 3. Both myself and the other roommate are friendly, and respect personal space, but love to be social with everyone in the household.

The bedroom available is Bedroom 2 (photoed above), which has the adjacent semi-private courtyard for your use connected to it. Lots of natural lighting. Bed frame and mattress provided. Small desk provided. An open wardrobe can be provided if need be too. Please note, photos are not of my furniture.

The bathroom pictured is the shared downstairs bathroom (only shared between Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 occupants, main bedroom has an ensuite). There is a third toilet upstairs too.

Parking is available in the complex (semi-regularly) and near-by but will need to have further discussion on this if needed!

There is a dog here too, friendly, but anxious, she is good company, just something to note!
