About the flatmates

Hi! We’ve got two rooms becoming available in our lovely home in St Kilda, directly across from the beach, we literally watch the sunset over the ocean each night 🌅

We’re looking for easygoing, respectful people who want a calm, friendly place to live, to make it feel like home away from home.

🛏 Room 1 – Long Term

Available from 16th Feb
Great for someone wanting to settle in longer term.
It's unfurnished apart from built in wardrobes, draws and a full length mirror.

🛏 Room 2 – Short Term (until August)

Perfect if you need a place for a few months. One of our housemates will be working in NZ from April to August, so this suits someone flexible.

🏡 About the place

• Beach directly across the road
• Close to cafes, bars, and public transport (trams 96 & 16, 5 minute walk away)
• Shared living areas
• Bright, relaxed space

🌞 About the home vibe

We’re social but independent, happy to share the odd dinner or beach walk, but everyone has their own lives too. The house is relaxed, considerate, and drama-free.

We also have a lovely 12-year-old cat, Stevie, who is very chill and loves cuddles 🐱

👀 You’d suit this place if you:

• Full time workers
• Communicate well
• Clean up after yourself
• Appreciate a peaceful home

If you’re interested, send a little about yourself and which room you’re after.

Some more housemate info:

Room 3:
Heidi (30), working full-time in recruitment in CBD with Mondays and Fridays WFH. Orginally from Manchester, UK. Loves the outdoors, hiking and camping whenever I can steal a weekend away. I'm big fan of live music events and always up for a cheeky balcony boogie.

Dan (away from April to August)
Originally from Chicago USA, a chill and calming guy who loves his music and reading ok the sofa. He is here for work, coaching the Melbourne Pheniox Basketball team. So when we can go support his games we do 😊
Overall top guy who is so easy to chatbwith and enjoys a bit of banter.

We both have busy social lives and tend to be out and about over the weekends. With the occasional weekend off when we'll go to the markets, cook nice dinners, listen to good music, do a bit of painting.

It's not a party house but we are social people and so occasionally have friends round for dinner, games nights etc.

We respect each others space and quiet time as well.
