The 2 bathrooms will be shared with 3 other residents.
Communal areas to be shared with all residents from the studios and other rooms:
* Laundry washer and dryer
* Kitchen with 2 hotplates and ovens
* Spacious courtyard
Rent is $280.00 per week including all bills and free WIFI
We ask for $700.00 deposit
Minimum stay is 2 month thereafter stay as long as you wish giving 2 weeks notice prior to vacating.
