About the property

No straight men, sorry! Queer/trans men are more than fine! I care about social justice issues, so if you’re ignorant, this probably won’t work. Located on Carlisle street, close to three different trams and balaclava station. The bedroom gets morning sun, same as the living room, and the kitchen gets the afternoon sun, so the apartment is really bright. However it is an older apartment, the wardrobes and cupboards aren’t new, and neither is the bathroom. The hot water system is really little so you can’t have a long relaxing shower unfortunately! The complex has a communal laundry room and bbq area. There is no balcony. My cat has lung issues so I can’t have someone who smokes or vapes. The photos aren’t mine because I have only just moved in, but I will be having inspections for potential housemates.

About the flatmates

Hey!! I’m Bee, Aussie/Maori, 29 and a psychology students. I work casually in retail because I will be returning to study full time in March. I have two cats, Sylvie and her kitten Phil. I like to wake up early and go to the gym or for a walk around Albert park or on the beach. I’m usually in bed by 9pm like a granny! I enjoy colouring and puzzle books. I don’t have a big friend group so the apartment will never be crowded. I’m pretty clean but not too strict about it. I go to the market once a week and meal prep twice a week and usually do a big clean once a week. I own the apartment and have rented it out for the last year (for personal reasons) and will be moving back in December.
