You will have one bedroom and a bathroom only for you. On the 10th level with a gorgeous 180° view of the St Kilda beach, Albert Park lake, and CBD high-raises. Great location and easy access to go to the city, west side, south-east or northern suburbs. Decent balcony where you can watch the sunrise, sunset and admire the beautiful view, get a bit of a tan in summer, and enjoy a drink with a friend and celebrate your post-run dinner.
The apartment, including your bedroom, is fully furnished.
Tram stop right in front and bus stops right around the corner. Shops, pharmacies, gyms, etc. very short walking distance.

You'll be sharing the apartment with a nice 26y old brazilian guy, works as a bartender and not home often in the evenings, super easy going, tidy, clean, and respectful. No huge parties at home but happy to have friends over.
