stunning private bedroom bathroom available in st kilda. i promise this apartment looks even better than the photos (which I took whilst stressfully inspecting like 50 properties). i can send the video from the inspection which showcases the apartment’s beauty.
the room:
the room is available from 4th of february and is $435/week. it will easily fit a queen bed, and has a huge window and robes. the bedroom itself is unfurnished, but the rest of the apartment will be furnished. the apartment is open-plan living and has an AMAZING balcony (perfect for a friday arvo wine).
the building:
the building itself is a new build and is STUNNING! its super secure and safe and also has a gym, cinema, and nice rooftop area, so saving on so many other things. please note there is limited street parking available but the agent said you could rent one if needed.
about you:
i am looking for a female in their 20s to take the second room. i’m open to a guy too depending. looking for someone that i can be friends as i don’t know anyone in melb. of course looking for someone that is clean and respectable too. unfortunately no pets or couples sorry!!
