A brand new house that was a candidate for Grand Designs. The core is an original Federation House that has been rebuilt to take advantage of the 270 degree views of Melbourne. Fully furnished with a great vibe and a very homely feel. Very friendly people who live busy lives but like good company. Most importantly we are all good company, kind and honest communicators.

We are open to short term guests. We regularly take in people who are moving to Melb and want a base to start from.

The upstairs area has it's own lounge room plus a hotel standard bathroom. There are two bedrooms - one is occupied by Jimmy who is 28 and a fitness guru. Paul and Jason have a bedroom downstairs along with all the other living areas and kitchen. So you have remarkable privacy most of the time.

The oversized room is furnished with a Queen sized bed, bedside tables and lamps, a huge built in wardrobes plus a single lounge chair.

We are close to the Mont Albert Shopping strip and the Surrey Hills strip with a selection of restaurants and coffee shops. It is also a 10 minute walk to Union station.

The house is double glazed with hydronic central heating and reverse cycle air-conditioning. There is also a ceiling fan in the bedroom. The arrangement is all inclusive of bills and internet.

We are also open to anyone who wants a City base for a few nights a week or a short term base whilst visiting or resettling in Melbourne and searching for a more long term option.
