About the property
Room Available in Friendly Two-Storey House – Doncaster East / Templestowe Area – $250/week
A spacious room (Room 1) is becoming available next month in our relaxed, well-maintained two-storey house. Currently three of us live here, but one housemate is moving out, leaving two working professionals (myself and another in the master bedroom with ensuite).
About the room and house:
You'll have your own good-sized bedroom.
You'll share the main bathroom and toilet with me (one other person) – clean and tidy household.
The master bedroom has its own ensuite, so the shared bathroom won't be overcrowded.
Plenty of parking – space for three cars.
Decent-sized backyard for chilling or outdoor activities.
Full laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Central heating and cooling throughout.
Shared living areas: comfy living room with TV, large kitchen table, microwave, oven, fridge, coffee machine, and good kitchen storage.
Fast WiFi included in the house (bills split separately).
The vibe:
Both current housemates work full-time, so it's generally quiet and respectful during the day and evenings.
No smoking inside the house (I'm a non-smoker too).
No loud music or parties – quiet hours after 11pm to keep things peaceful.
No pets allowed, and no couples (single occupancy only).
Bills:
Rent: $250 per week.
Bills (electricity, gas, water, internet) are not included – split equally among housemates (usually reasonable in this area).
Location – super convenient!
Walking distance to The Pines Shopping Centre (Coles, Woolworths, ALDI, Kmart, Jetts Gym, library, banks, barbers, food options, etc.).
Just a quick 5-minute drive to Templestowe Village for more cafes and shops.
