This house is in a very private setting overlooking a creek lined with ferns and lots of bird life, so if you are a nature lover you will enjoy this place. There is a large deck area where you can sit outdoors and enjoy the scenery and tranquillity. There is off-street parking available on the property and some storage space in the double garage.

The house is a spacious modern 4 bedroom home with ducted heating, a gas log fire, evaporative cooling and fans in all the bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances, coffee machine, double oven, large fridge with filtered water.

About the flatmates

My name is Terri and I am the house owner. I work full time; a couple of days a week in the city and the others at home.

I keep the house very tidy and clean and enjoy getting out in the garden when I am home.

I am quite often out and about on the weekends catching up with different friends or taking my border collie for a walk.

You will be sharing a bathroom with a very clean, tidy and friendly 29 year old female named Alex who also works full time locally.

Unfortunately I cannot accommodate anyone who has pets or couples.
