About the flatmates
Hello! We are a friendly, easy-going couple who have just been accepted to a beautiful house in Viewbank! We are both in our late 20s/early 30s who enjoy a clean, quiet and relaxed living environment and looking for another like-minded couple or 2 people to share our lovely spacious 4bedroom home!
About Us:
* We enjoy staying fit, exploring nature, going camping/hiking, gardening, being creative, playing piano, making art, quiet nights in watching movies at home, with occasional games nights, having friends over, cooking big meals and visiting our local parks, river spots and cafes 🌿
* We value a clean, tidy, and respectful living environment where everyone feels safe and comfortable at home and fairly contributes to general communal housework/chores
* We are both working professionals, one as a full time electrician for a local company and myself as a shift worker in hospitality
* We also have 2 sweet, elderly babies (a cat and dog) so unfortunately won’t be able to accept any more pets, (some exceptions may be considered though within reason)
About You! (Our Ideal Housemate/s):
* A single person/s or a couple who are friendly, respectful and tidy, who are working professionals/students, pet friendly and also 420 friendly, and ideally of similar age.
* Reliable to pay rent and bills on time
* Good communication and are happy to contribute to keeping shared spaces clean.
* Must be okay with animals in the house.
* Looking for a longer-term arrangement and hopefully available to move in ASAP :)
