The room is located at the front of the house, getting some good natural light throughout the day. There is also a built in desk which is good if you study or work from home. Bathroom is seperate which will be shared with 1 other person.
The room will be available from the 5th of February. It is a 12 month lease which you will be added to. Negotiable for shorter stay but you will not be added to the lease.

The house
As for the house, it’s located in Williamstown. It’s approx a 20 minute drive into the city, or it’s a 10 minute walk to the train station and then a 20 minute train into the city. It’s a 15 min walk or 5 min drive to the beach, and a 5 min walk to the supermarket.
It’s a very nice, quiet street located in a neighbourhood that’s mostly families and older individuals so it’s quite comfortable living there.
