About the property
Three bedroom villa in Adamstown, located next to the fernleigh track, 5min walk to adamstown train station, 10min walk to Westfield Kotara and about a 15min drive to the beach.
The bedroom pictured comes with aircon, built in wardrobe and can include a queen bed ensemble if required.
There is no off-street parking, so you’ll need to park your car in the street. Adamstown is a safe suburb and previous tenants never had any issues leaving their car in the street.
Internet included in the rent and the tv has access to a prime, stan, Apple TV, sometimes Disney if I get the code 😂

Hey! I'm 37 and work full time (~ 50% WFH). I like to go to the gym or yoga each morning before work. I love gardening, yoga, beach walks or swims, hikes, music, catching up with mates/family and having some sunny beers on the weekend. I am a vegan, love nature and love all animals. I’m that guy who catches the spiders to put them outside and vacuums around ants haha I know it’s silly but I’m just giving them the opportunity to leave. Some do get vacuumed anyways. I’m always down to cook together or watch a movie, not much of a person to sit in their room but to each their own.
I have 2 cats, Mango (1 yr) and Miley (10 yr). Mango loves people and will instantly sit on you or come and ask for belly rubs. Miley is scared of literally everything but does love playing once she warms up to you. If you don’t close your bedroom door you may also wake up covered in cats.
I have a stupid number of indoor houseplants which I love. I do water them in the kitchen, so periodically there will be plants moving about the house but I’ll make sure they don’t impact you using the space.
I like to keep a clean house - so I guess I’m looking for someone similar who is close in age, doesn't mind houseplants and will be kind to Miley and Mango.
