About the property
I’m subletting my room, which has everything you need to live comfortably: a bed, lounge, Wi-Fi, cute paintings, bedding and linen. There are also plenty of outdoor areas, including a hammock set up to relax in.
The house is a 5-minute drive to the beach and right next to a walking track. It’s a 1-minute drive to one Westfield and 5 minutes to another. There are bus stops on the road and plenty of parking available.
The kitchen and shower are shared, though I very rarely cross paths with anyone. You’ll also have your own entrance and private powder room, which gives the space a nice sense of independence.

Charley: Very chill, chatty when needed, always off on his own adventures, and ready for the best laughs of your life.
Eve: Studying full-time and working two jobs. She has a partner and is the epitome of a busy person, but when you see her, she’s absolutely lovely and always ready for a chat.
Deven: A quieter, keep-to-himself kind of guy. He’s usually surfing or in Sydney visiting mates, very chill and always has something cool to say.
