My friend is moving out and looking for someone to fill his room, which is the upstairs large main bedroom with own ensuite no pictures yet (massive his and hers wardrobe and own aircon unit).
You will be living with my good friend Jen and Ang in their 30's, 2 super lovely people. The house is big enough to have your own space if required. You will have your own bathroom, sharing kitchen, fridge, pantry and laundry facilities.
Cleaning wise, you clean your own bedroom and bathroom, however shared areas are done together.
Garage is kind of shared for storage.
We do take pride in our living space wherever we can (which means clean and minimal clutter) as its our zen zone after work, and hopefully you would treat it the same too. Hoping we can share this with someone on the same vibe, join the fam and wine and dine together!

I'm Jason, owner (was occupier) of this house.
Jen and Angeline both work full time, loves her fitness. They're both pretty chill and active and in their 30s.
We're looking for someone that's honest, similar age, the opposite personality of a cucumber, someone easy to get along with, similar interests, has their shit together, respectful, not a grub, not an alcoholic, not a drama queen, and doesn't mind a social session on the weekend. Looking for someone that adds the family vibe to the house and is of similar age. There will be odd occasions where myself (Jason) will be staying a night in the spare room for work and catching up with friends.
